Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at forth.ai (the "Site"), operated by ForthAI. The Site is our marketing website — it describes ForthAI WorkOS and lets you request a demo. It is separate from the ForthAI WorkOS application itself, whose use by your organization is governed by the service agreement you sign at engagement, not by these Terms.

Acceptance of these terms

By browsing the Site or submitting the "Get started" form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its infrastructure, or any systems connected to it.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content from the Site without our prior written consent.
• Submit false or misleading information through the demo request form.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by ForthAI or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. No other use is permitted without our prior written consent.

Demo requests

Submitting the "Get started" form is a request for us to contact you — it does not create a contract, subscription, or commitment on either side. Any resulting engagement is governed by a separate agreement negotiated between you and ForthAI.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, our LinkedIn or GitHub profiles). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForthAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separate signed agreement between you and ForthAI states otherwise.
