Privacy Policy

Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how ForthAI ("we", "us") handles personal data on our marketing website at forth.ai (the "Site"). It does not cover the ForthAI WorkOS application or API, which your organization accesses under a separate service agreement — see the MCP Data Policy for how that product handles data.

What we collect

The Site is a static website. We do not run analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or cookies on it, and we do not automatically track your browsing behavior. The only personal data we collect is what you choose to give us:

• Get started / demo request form — name, work email, company name, and an optional description of the problem you want to solve.
• Campaign parameters — if you arrive via a marketing link, the utm_* query parameters on that link (source, medium, campaign) may be included with your form submission so we know which channel to credit.
• Email you send us — if you email hello@forth.ai directly, we receive whatever you include in that message.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry — to follow up, schedule a working session, and evaluate whether ForthAI WorkOS is a fit for your organization. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

How submissions are processed

The "Get started" form is delivered to our inbox via Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service that converts your submission into an email. Web3Forms acts as our processor for this single purpose and does not use your data for its own marketing.

Retention

We keep demo-request and email correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our legitimate business records (for example, sales pipeline history). You can ask us to delete it at any time — see "Your rights" below.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Site and respond to inquiries (currently, Web3Forms — see above), and only to the extent needed for that purpose, or where required by law.

Cookies

The Site does not set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. It may use a strictly necessary cookie or similar mechanism in the future for basic site functionality (for example, remembering your language preference); if that changes, we will update this policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data — including under the EU/EEA General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and mainland China's Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL). To make a request, email hello@forth.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
